The right booking starts with a simple question: are you bringing a production, or would you like the studio to help create one? Here is how the options at X Studio Miami fit together.
Studio only: bring your own production.
Studio-only rental is for people who want a space for their own team and creative plan. You may already have a photographer, a shot list and a clear idea of the equipment you need.
Sala 01, Sala 02 and Sala 03 are listed at $145 per hour on weekdays and $165 per hour on weekends, with a one-hour minimum. Sala 03 is the cyclorama / infinity wall option. Confirm the current set, capacity and equipment with the studio before making your final plan.
- Best suited to productions with their own creative team.
- Choose your preferred room and duration.
- Confirm equipment, setup and any applicable extras in advance.
Studio + photographer: add creative support.
Hourly studio rental with a professional photographer is $295 per hour. It includes a basic lighting setup and creative direction. This option can suit a focused shoot where you want photography support while keeping the production flexible.
Edited photo packages are listed separately for hourly rentals. Review the number of finished photographs you want and include the package in your quote. Do not assume an hourly shoot includes the same edited deliverables as a complete session.
A photography package: choose by occasion.
Complete sessions combine a defined duration with a photographer and specific edited deliverables. The options include maternity, family, birthday, couple, branding and the Signature Luxury Experience.
Read the full package details, not just the headline price. Consider the number of participants, outfit changes, finished images and short-form videos. Family Moments, for example, accommodates a maximum of five people. The package pages set out exactly what each experience includes.
Build a budget around the entire shoot.
Start with the room or session, then add the things your production actually needs. Lighting, grip, backdrops, production assistance, beauty services and additional edits are separate decisions. Some add-ons are priced as a range or start at a listed amount.
The booking request builder shows an estimate and the corresponding 50% deposit. Ranged extras stay as a range until the studio confirms the final quote. Your selected date and time are preferences, not a live availability guarantee.
- Allow for the full booked session, including your setup needs.
- Ask whether the cyclorama maintenance fee applies.
- Confirm any after-hours fees before agreeing to a schedule.
- Choose your edited photo package for hourly rentals.
Finish with a confirmed plan.
The studio reviews your request, confirms availability and the final price, and provides deposit instructions. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Review the booking policies before proceeding.
If your production does not fit neatly into one option, start with a conversation. A short description of the concept, team size, expected duration and deliverables gives the studio a useful basis for a quote.
